Hand held leaning against the back wall. I used my Sigma 50mm @ f1.4 with -2,0,+2 autobracketing. Initial tonemapping in Photomatix then a major overhaul in Photoshop. The lighting was really tricky because I had some noticeable purple fringing all over the place, but I wanted to shoot with a wide aperture to reduce overall noise because I had it in mind that the final product would look soft. It was difficult to fix and eventually I gave up when I felt like what was left was acceptable :P
Photoshop workflow was something like: 1.Curves 2. Highlights/Shadows 3. Smart Sharpen 4. Slight gaussian blur on the pews (had the heaviest noise) 5. Diffuse light 6. Cloning to fix a few blemishes on the walls (some I kept in there) CommentsWould you like to comment?Sign up for a free account, or sign in (if you're already a member). |
