p b and a

the a is for apple...i have to be honest in that i ended up kind of eating the apple and peanut butter out of the bread and leaving a pile of peanut buttery bread bits behind. paul calls it "de-sandwiching."

this sandwich is a part of my dedication to this year's resolutions. join me, won't you?
