Ummm -- you can't steal someone else's photo and then put it on Flickr, claiming it to be a CC-licensed photo that's available for anyone ELSE to steal. Worse still, you can't demand that others attribute the photo back to you -- you have not a single right to it to begin with! That's not kosher.

Actually, I was using Flickr to host the image for a weblog post about the site you linked - fair use/fair dealing, and not contrary to Yahoo!'s Copyright/IP policy - and forgot to add the credit here as well as on my site. Now fixed.

You're right about the CC license, though - I'd forgotten they even existed, to be honest.
