Thai grilled beef

This didn't photograph particularly well, but hot DAMN it tasted good. Grilled beef, very rare, sliced thin, and a bright, chilled, super-crispy white cabbage salad with fresh Thai basil & mint from my garden, a little toasted sesame oil, a generous few squeezes of fresh lime juice, a pinch of salt, and a few drops of (peversely) Japanese plum vinegar. It was very tasty.
