Folgers Manhole Cover Advertising

Cool concept. I bet the media buy was pretty hard to come by though. I wonder if it's real or just a "wouldn't it be great if we could" type of idea. I think it's probably the latter. It look like a PhotoShop job to me, but I like it's concept.
