Drosera Capensis

Drosera Capensis

Drosera Capensis, the "Cape Sundew" plant that belongs to Scott. He has a much better macro shot of that plant.

I used SB-800 flash @1/64 power very close to plant to get some sparkle in the drops and was able to shoot with greater DOF.

52 Weeks 2012 - Week 8 - Theme: Macro Photography

It seems that my 52 weeks project became 26 weeks project. I barely have any time to get my shots every week.

These plants are less than 1" tall and I had to get my lens very close without touching them.
