Padlocked

I found this installation on Crosby St. SOHO. I think the artist moved this installation from fence to fence in the area. This series composed of photos of children. I also spotted a series with photos of feet (did not have my camera) The installation lasted only few weeks, since later on I got back with a better camera and they are none to be found.
No information about the artist in the vicinity...

I'd also be more interested to find out about the nature of this exhibition. My first impression is that it's about missing children. Not sure about looking at it afterward, but it's an interesting piece nevertheless.

ahh, this is waht I love about NY and the vibrancy of its art scene. and I hope the artist asked permission from the parents or else this is a litigation waiting to happen.
