I had to redo this image again after posting it last year. One thing about Photography is as you gain more experience, your taste sort of change in a way. Sometimes it can be influenced by changing software, relearning the tool(most of the time is Photoshop), other amazing photographer here in flickr...I become more perfectionist when I work an image and often times become frustrating. There you are spending countless times making it perfect and the next week or so, ah I dont like that treating anymore! I guess there is really no such thing as a perfect image for me. And this is the delemna I have to go through.
For this work, I applied Artizen HDR Lock06 as a toned layer and blended it in Photoshop. I didn't quick like the results of just the Artizen tone mapping alone, so I duplicated another layer and adjust shadows & higlights to get some more details on the clouds. As final touch, I did some dodging & burning to most of the grass & clouds.
Just wondering what the orginal posting looks like:
You tell me, which do one do you like? I can tell you this work much closer to what I have seen that afternoon. Thank you for reading.
