I'm not usually much of a green salad person, but last night I felt the urge for leafy goodness. Here, about five huge leaves of romaine torn up, with carrot, grape tomatoes, homegrown alfalfa sprouts, half an avocado, chickpeas, and some of Mo Kelly's Salad Dressing from The Garden of Vegan. First time I'd tried the dressing; it was really quite good.
