Apple order snafu

New MBP

Originally ordered MBP -- destroyed by FedEx

pending return

FedEx destroyed my new MBP -- Apple is hopefully going to send me a new one. It's been 3 days since the original delivery date -- the new one has not shipped yet. My blog post here, and Consumerist post here.
