this is just a fraction of all of the potholders that we sorted through. we had just as many on the dining room table and a small stack on the coffee table. more potholder swap pics here.

@yarnloopie -- there were probably close to 500 of them. i think we received potholders from 98 people. and some people threw in extra.

@cauchy -- ha! with the 3 of us doing it, it was actually lots of fun. it took us about 4 hours. what was great though is that virtually everyone followed directions so it worked out great. we even talked about doing this every year.
