*nom* What was this one? It was soooo good.
Haystack Mountain Queso de Mano, the cheese made of hands.

I don't remember its name, but I can pick it out of a line-up. It's another Spanish cheese made of goatmilk. I can find out tomorrow when I go to the Wine & Cheese Cask to get some more because it was totally my fave.

opening 98 packages of potholders and organizing them all around adrian's house certainly worked up an appetite.

That's my hard cheese knife. It's for splitting hard cheeses like parmesan and my favorite vintage gouda. If you like hard cheese, you absolutely need one. :D
