This modern replica of the "Shin Mun Go" of Chosun Dynasty, whose function was to convey the people's voices to the government, will add flavor to the Citizens Open Plaza of Kwanghwamun, which is a symbolic restoration of the government street.
The Seoul Shin Mum Go is a service which citizens can freely use to offer proposals, ideas, and complaints, and is expected to open new doors for Seoul's open administration.
