Frozen In Time
Another one from the morning walk along the River Cam - getting bored of these yet? Although it's processed using the normal HDR 3 shot method I've tried to tone it down as much as possible without loosing the details in the shadows and highlights. Perhaps a little closer to what would be classed as acceptable even from the HDR-Haters among you :) Don't worry if you want I can stick those sliders back to 10 to give it that post apocalyptic feel if you like :)

SerenityLong exposure at dawn using the nd110 filter, then coverted to b+w. I love how the nd110 can turn flowing water into something that looks more like silk.

Morning Light
The most difficult bit of shooting this morning wasn't having to get up early, it wasn't having to spend 20 minutes scraping the ice from the card windows, and it wasn't regretting the decision to not wear thicker socks. No ... it was everywhere I went to shoot along this part of the river I would be followed by a couple of Geese. Those things love to bite. I made the mistake of usnig an iPhone app which played pre-recorded bird sounds as well .. in the hope they would simply think I was some kind of weird goose with a mo ! Well this basically made them either very mad or very hot for it ... as I had to grab my kit shortly after this shot was taken and make a dash for it ...
