Kueh Salat

A nonya kueh, found in asian countries. The top layer are made of coconut milk, eggs and pandan essence. The bottom are glutinous rice, colored blue for overall touch. =)

This is my fav. kueh, I can eat and eat and eat .. well, you get the idea *LOL* The thing is, I don't even know how to make it. I'm hopeless at making traditional kueh.
