Ruth Reichl tweeted about this on 01.27.12 calling it possibly the "most beautiful dish in LA" - the photo doesn't do it justice but it was sooooo delicious. If we didn't eat so much earlier in the day, we would have certainly indulged in the 14-course tasting menu, but glad we ordered this dish.

live scallop ceviche: sea lettuce, toasted sesame, yuzu zest, olive oil

nicely done ceviche, would definitely order this dish again, didn't photograph well in the low light.
