COLLAPSE  So most likely the same Yo Yo ride that my kids both rode on last weekend, moved to a fair at Calaveras County Fairgrounds in Angels Camp, California, and just yesterday 23 people were injured when a circular chain-suspended swing ride called the Yo-Yo collapsed.
