Today was ridonkulous. <--- needs clickage
What we thought would originally just hanging out in Spot grabbing a coffee turned into making 4 new friends, 2 of which are hardcore Urbex. 1 parking ticket, 2 miles of pitch-black abandoned subway segments and 3 moo cards handed out later, we called it a day.
My dad asked me what i did today, and it took me almost 2 hours to explain.

The curators of the Warner Castle weren't inside yesterday because they're probably out celebrating the holidays. Instead of shooting the interior where we'd hoped, we ended up wandering to the dungeons in the Sunken Garden hidden behind the castle grounds.

I believe the strongest portraits are the ones truly capturing an emotion, and I admire the people who can do that.
We shot in the boiler room of the first abandoned building we saw on the Iola Campus. Really new compared to the abandoned ones we're used to, this one's only been deserted in the last 10 years.

Explored
I always like trying new coffee shops, and especially supporting the local ones (although every once in awhile i will have some Starbucks.) Yesterday I stopped by this place for a spiced chai latte after my court summons in Chili for my ticket for my uninspected vehicle.
I guess to celebrate... because my ticket got thrown out and dismissed. The judge said, "Happy Holidays" and smiled.

Haha, some people have been mentioning how my 365's have been too serious lately, so I hope you like this one because i totally wrecked the mood in this place for you :)
We finally made it into the Iola Campus main building today, bringing Boaz and Spencer along for the ride. Totally has a BCT feel to it, I was just happy to finally find some quality Urbex to shoot in Rochester.
P.S. sitting on those paint chips felt (and sounded) like squishing Doritos with my butt. ew.
