I like the motion, and how it is graded from the front line to the back, like a wave
The timing is good
The exposure is excellent

The only thing that I think is drawing back the shot is the microphone; I understand its something you can't control,
but what if you took that shot from an angle further to the left, by that angle you could exclude the microphone

i think what u wanted to show is ...
keeping the imam still and all the men behind him in motion. u did that in purpose, u wanted to isolate the imam from the other men. This is a nice experiment to do a new idea, in stead of shooting the men in regular scenes. it shows that u analyzed the people speed, then u adjusted the shutter that makes them in motion.
