Beer can chicken without the beer can.
This Weber gizmo does the same. Fill it with beer, garlic, ginger, chili or whatever, stick it up your chicken(!), spice the chicken with brown sugar, peppers, oregano etc..., close the lid. Open after 90 minutes. Serve, eat, enjoy
