- tasty! but a bit salty, so cut the salt in the recipe if you will make these!

We made chicken nuggets tonight for dinner based on this recipe with our new mini food processor! Also, made delicious mashed potatoes with red potatoes (skins on), butter, chicken broth, and a little bit of shredded cheese. The nuggets - very McDonalds like without having to go to McDonald's, and also more flavorful - but, too much salt in the recipe. Next time, we will cut the salt, and a little bit of the oregano/parsley so not too overpowering.
