On Sunday, November 8, 2009, Congressmember Kathy Dahlkemper (D-PA3) returned to Erie after having voted in favor of the historic health care reform legislation that had been passed by the House of Representative the day before. Members of the Erie County Democratic Party and local media were on hand to greet her when she arrived at Erie International Airport.
