How did you get to this location? How much of the creek is accessible from the shoreline? A pretty good dramatic shot.

This is Down Under the Pulaski Bridge Onramp, DUPBO, on the Queens side. Approach from Borden, head for the stairs that will take you to Brooklyn and walk past them to the actual Creek.
Most of the Creek is behind fences, but there are a few spots here and there.
