A view in the different direction from St. André Cathedral bell tower (Tour Pey-Berland). That strange building that looks like a collection of wigwams under one roof is actually the Tribunal de Grande Instance - the complex of law courts. Those 7 "wigwams" are actually courtrooms. Since the Justice is upposed to be transparent the architectural design of this building is supposed to relay this philosophy...
