    My mom's Smith Corona Galaxie Deluxe manual *cursive* typewriter from the mid-to-late '60s. The last time anyone actually used it has to have been the late 80's.

      Oh goodness yes. It's amazing that they're able to type after so long. When I was 12 or so, I hauled my mom's old Underwood out of the garage and -it- still could type, even though the last time -she- used it was in the 1980s. So much fun.
