I can see this dish is like ochazuke, but with sushi rice instead the regular one, ikura added and tea ommited.
Fortunately, I have about 100 grams of ikura in stock (so hard to find and very expensive where I live in, Monterrey Mexico) and I may try to fix it in my coming vacation days.
Please let me know if you have additional recommendations for me in fixing this dish.
