Christmas pudding - here's one I made earlier

Christmas pudding 1: ingredients by minor9th
Christmas pudding 2: combine all chopped fruit, the orange juice and carrot, add guinness by minor9th
Christmas pudding 3: add grand marnier by minor9th
Christmas pudding 4: give the chopped fruit and alcohol a bit of a stir and leave for 1 hour by minor9th
Christmas pudding 5: grease two 40cm pudding bowls by minor9th
Christmas pudding 6: combine the butter, sugar and orange zest by minor9th
Christmas pudding 7: beat together the butter, sugar and orange zest until fluffy by minor9th
Christmas pudding 8: beat together the 3 (wise) eggs by minor9th
Christmas pudding 9: beat the eggs into the butter/sugar mix, adding a bit of flour if it curdles (like mine did...) by minor9th
Christmas pudding 10: in yet another bowl, sieve together the flour and mixed spice by minor9th
