A Better Myspace Bulletin System.
That link should lead you to a page where you can block bulletins by ratings, user, keywords, tags, and source (e.g. If its a post from myspace TV or some other site.) And there should also be a spam button, and a Digg-style rating for each bulletin displayed by each bulletin.
