Pistachio and cranberry cookies

Adapted this recipe [allrecipes.co.uk/recipe/4807/best-big--fat--chewy-chocola...]
...with the following changes:

Halve the amount of sugar
Leave out the egg yolk (as the French say, one egg is un oeuf hehe)
Change 125g of the plain flour for wholemeal, gives it some bite
Add a bit of flour to make a stiff dough, enough to be able to roll it into balls and flatten slightly, rather than dropping spoonfuls onto tray as the recipe suggests...
