I am taking an awesome online class with Teesha Moore and Jane Davenport - The Mermaid Circus. We've been creating mermaids in our journals using all kinds of techniques. This is my first mixed-media face. I used inktense pencils, prismacolors, neocolor ii crayons, dylusions ink, and stencils. Learning which art supplies play together well. So inspired by this class!

Working in a Strathmore 500 series hardbound journal. So impressed by how well the paper stands up to all kinds of art abuse.
