Karate Moleskine

I found out I needed a notebook for karate class, so I bought a new Moleskine and then stenciled the kanji for "karate" on the cover (kara=empty, te=hand) with a silver Sharpie.

I thought it would be cool to get a picture of it for the Moleskine group and to show it off to some of my Moleskine-loving friends, and decided to go for a whole karate collage. I set it up in a slash of sunlight streaming through the living room window and snapped it.

I may try this again with a wider beam of sunlight and/or the new camera when I get it, but I was generally happy with this one. I thought about playing with the shadows some in post, but I'm generally not very good with that stuff yet.
