random CD cover meme

Back when I was first learning Photoshop, I created a number of (awful) fake covers for a fake band called Spontaneous Grape. The trouble was always coming up with the titles. The randomness inherent in this meme/game thing makes that problem a non-issue.

For a while I was hooked.

The random CD cover meme used the following links:
1. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random The first article title on the page is the name of the band.
2. www.quotationspage.com/random.php3 The last four words of the very last quote is the album title.
3. www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days / The third picture, license permitting, is the album cover. To make this easier, I created the flickr-ccgettr.
4. The finished product belongs in the CD cover meme pool.

Then, it apparently got too popular (namely it hit Facebook) and got out of hand, and the pool disappeared, its main proponents long since having moved onto bigger and better things, apparently.
