169-365: Tysabri

Today was my first infusion of Tysabri. If you've ever had an IV drip, you know it's pretty uneventful. The worst part was waiting for my meds to be delivered to the infusion unit from the pharmacy. After the drip started, I fell asleep. After the hour-long drip, I had to hang around for an hour to make sure I didn't get dizzy or anything. I'm fine.

After that, I stopped by Best Cellars bestcellars.com and picked up a case of prosecco to take to Provincetown with me in a few weeks. For some reason, I thought that carrying a case of wine across town on mass transit would be a good idea. Yeah, not so much.

Now I'm home and relaxing. I have minimal plans for the weekend. A friend of the chorus is bringing his dog, Oliver, over tomorrow afternoon. Oliver stayed with us before and will be here for a few nights. Chris is a theater blogger and will be making a trip to NYC for the weekend.
