Baby octopus (actually an adult bottletail squid (Sepiadarium kochii) - Taxonomy fail!) picked up on a night dive.
About a centimeter in size.

Great shot. It's a bobtail squid (which are actually more closely related to cuttlefish than to squid). It's probably fully grown, too.
