I was tagged by BEROLINO (http://www.flickr.com/photos/berolino/) to post a self portrait along with 16 things about myself:

1. While in Finland, I want to go back to Belgium - and while in Belgium, I miss Finland
2. I was a drag queen for 3 years (1992-1995), performed, was on the radio, news papers - and yet, I didn't like it, because I felt very uncomfortable with the publicity.
3. I haven't fully shaved my face since 1995.
4. I am afraid of dentist visit, but I am not afraid of the pain.
5. I was married with a French man
6. I have also dated a Swedish woman
7. Although I like to be in the nature and walk long walks, I couldn't live any longer in a forest (like I did 1970-1984)
8. I have voted anything from left to right and everything in between
9. Although I am very spiritual and have my deep faith in God, I don't belong to any religious denomination, because I despise organised religion. I meditate every day for 15 minutes.
10. Although I talk a lot and am very social, there are times, when I just want to close myself in my cocoon and stay there for weeks.
11. I have suffered on and off from blues since 2006. Now I am on an off-phase since November 2008. Despite this, I am deep down an optimist and believe that I survive even hardest things in my life with a little effort.
12. I start several projects simultaneously, and have difficulties to finish them.
13. I never liked cooking, but since being single for the past 2,5 years, I have learnt to cook more than just boiled potatoes.
14. I get very irritated when tired - but can go without eating properly for 48 hours (and I am not nervous then)
15. I am a photographer at heart. I spent every day 30 min of at least thinking of how and what kinds of photos I could/should take. Last year I took total of 30.000 photos. Published over 3.000 of them in Flickr and wishing to get a photo exhibition this year.
16. I am crazy about my family and friends - you could say that I am very loyal. But I still need my space and it can take months before you hear from me.
