I'm starting to enjoy shooting film.
With digital, you have to think about your settings on your camera before you shoot or even while you shoot. I tend to do a lot of "chimping" - looking at your camera's lcd after you snap a shot. With film, you just load the film, compose and shoot.
I am more selective - i only have 10 shots left on my roll so I have to make every shot count. While shooting this, I just heard a familiar sound behind me. A guy with his bulky dslr taking photos at about 6fps. The guy fishing also heard the clicking sound, he looked and found out we were shooting him.
I actually had the time to enjoy the sunset. I just took 10+ shots at different spots and just sat at the beach.
