The second biggest minority in Romania are Gypsies. There is a lot of legends and superstitions about them. These people stayed for a while in a little village - Viseu de Sus - in Maramures mountains, in northern part of Romania, to catch a steam train to the valley of Vaser. Noone knows who the people are, where they come from and why they go to the mountains.

In this age of information overload, media
coverage of the smallest and unimportant
details, satellite maps of every corner of
the earth and so on, there are still people
living out their lives in the middle of
Europe, almost unknown to the rest of us -
nomads in their own world.
That's what I find spooky.
