![]() Lufthansa's in-flight entertainment system on this flight was pretty good; it was clearly running some variant of Windows and most of the interface is a web browser (with touch screen).

But as I was futzing with it and flipping through las idiomas, I burst out laughing when I saw the main page in Spanish. UTF-8 encoded characters in a page being rendered as non-UTF-8! This is usually forgivable on random web pages on teh Interweb, but, come on, a closed, custom IFE system? An extra five minutes of QA can go a long ways, guys. Commentsmsmith1_ak
