Burning October

This was captured earlier this month in SW Colorado. I was wondering what you all think. I think I like it, but I am not 100% sure. Any comments, suggestions, + faves are greatly appreciated.

I'd be 100pct sure if I were you. Wonderful composition, exquisite light, and the sunburst is a big plus.

Great shot. Personally I'd lose the ground and the bits of sky and have straight trees not leaning outwards, to make it a really graphic shot. I know I'm asking a lot! Still love it tho'.

Very nicely done. It is a difficult shot, but I love the backlighting of fall leaves

Fantastic. Love the glow of the leaves and the Sunburst. Aspens are the perfect subject for this treatment

@ everyone - thanks so much for your comments. I'll experiment with the ground crop since there are a few who seem in favor of it. I really appreciate everyone taking the time to comment.
@ Rob - great observation about moving the sunburst behind the tree. I don't think I was thinking about that. The sun was coming up so fast I was trying to find a good angle to keep it low enough in the frame.

What can I tell you to be a 100% sure? This is an AMAZING capture! Love the star effect of the sun and the well exposed foreground with the beech trees. Well done, my friend!!

I really like it. The star gives some depth to the image, and the symmetry in the trees gives some uniformity to the comp. The colors look good, vibrant, but not overdone. Very natural looking shot, and the sunstar is excellent.
