      Thanks Karen. I took this at 6:30 am, so there were not many people over at the Jefferson, and I was at the water's edge on my side - but there were hundreds of photographers with tripods along where I was. The Heritage Foundation ( I know, I know!) used the image in their calendar a few years ago and printed half million copies!
