This project began in 2006. and was completed in September 2007. It is part of a project called "Teams" which is based on the premise that a team is the basis of a civil society and is, of course, made up of the sum of the individuals belonging to it. Each team has its own specific background so that from a distance you can see which team an individual belongs to. In this case the teams belong to the greater team; the hospital. The project has a democratic basis and correlates as one person - one photo, no matter their status within the hospital heirarchy. The positioning of the individuals is also non-heirarchical.
