The Sunglasses Trick

I used my sunglasses over the lens as a grad filter for a lot of the shots. They're darker at the top and gradually fade to lighter on the bottom. It tones down the sky so it isn't blown out, and also adds a nice warm pink tint.

I could have corrected for the pink wash, but because it was kinda run-and-gun while we were walking, i mostly just stayed on auto white balance, so i wouldn't have to switch back and forth when i wasn't using the sunglasses.
