LCD for Firefox 0.8 - Customize Toolbar Window

The Toolbar objects as seen in the Customize Toolbar window, including a few of the non-default set. The throbber is actually animated in the palette to help illustrate what it does.

Includes my take on how i think the Bookmarks Toolbar Items object should appear in the palette and on the toolbar - as an expanding box (more like the Location bar) rather than a single object icon.
