Hangers

    All throughout Bethel, the remnants of a once thriving church exist. Perhaps this is no more clearer than in the vast and empty coat room with a few hundred hangers that go unused so often.

      I haven't seen a coat room in a church in a long time. Reminds me of the church I grew up in.

      Images of kids playing and hiding among the coats, different smells and textures brushing against faces...wool, leather, furs....
