LunchBlanche du Chambly, a white beer from Quebec brewery Unibroue. Unibroue, incidentally, is about the only Canadian beer I've found consistently outside of Canada. Garlic & Herb mashed potatoes, skins left on naturally. Topped with lots of black pepper. Mediterranean olive mix Roast beef sandwich with shaved parmesan, mixed greens, tomatos, onion, and a bit of mayo & dijon. All served on toasted multigrain. ![]() On a cold winter's day, there is of course a right way and a wrong way to have lunch. This would be the right way.
