I remember when this bus was launched, I was about 12 years old. They had t-shirts with a sea horse and the RTD Street Fleet Logo on it, and a poster too. Very creative idea for a beach bus service. I was sorry I couldnt ride it as I lived in Venice and could walk to the beach.

I remember those when they were introduced for the 175 on PCH.
The conning towers disappeared quickly, but the paint scheme stuck around for a long time.
I love the pre "New Look" buses.
