Flood vs. Boredom [pic]

Is it a moat? Did someone accidentally leave the sprinkler on overnight? Nope. An unforgiving rainstorm was too much for the Illinois River to hold and a massive flood has left many homes underwater. But there are a few exceptions.

Say hello to Kenny Leitner. Maybe it's lack of electricity and part boredom but not even a flood can stop him from mowing his front lawn.
