This is the best picture I've ever gotten of DC's notorious Chicken Man. This guy shows up at metal shows all around Washington DC and Baltimore in a full chicken costume and spends pretty much the entire night in the mosh pit. I was in the photo pit at the 9:30 Club shooting The Black Dahlia Murder when I saw him behind me and I quickly turned around and snapped this shot just before the bouncers grabbed him. This was at the Washington DC stop of the Summer Slaughter tour on Monday 15 August 2011.
