Returns? Where has it been you might ask. Truth be told, it's a couple of factors that keep it away during the Vegas summer. #1 would be that sitting outside in 110 degrees just is not fun. #2 is the fact that in the summer, atmospheric conditions aren't right either. Not many clouds and the Sun is too high in the north. These ray's are created by a lower sun slipping behind the mountains and then the rays reflect upwards into the clouds giving these vibrant colors. Then it's just a matter of aligning the glass between the cloud and the lens. Late summer and fall are the best times although it can occur at any time.
