Pandanus in the Sun

OK it get flowers and inedible fruit. This one is a bit bigger than the earlier one that was in the Coastal Gazania last Sunday.

We have had showers and overcast conditions for 2 days now, but not much rain out of it, but it will do the garden good.

The clarity of it all is overwhelming! Were you laying on your back to get this shot? It is beautiful. And weird as it sounds...the tree reminds me of a hula dancer on the Hawaiian Islands.....I see a grass skirt on the trunk and the limbs are arms shaking those foo-foo things they shake, when they shimmy.
